Nuclear Steam Headed for the U.S. West Coast?

A source for new claims that steam has been rising from the third reactor of the Fukushima plant. The steam has been venting out sporadically since Dec 19 and so far the cause remains unknown. The company has given no explanation for the steam. Getting in to inspect the cause is impossible due to the levels of radiation present. 

The main concerns are that this is the beginning of another core meltdown and that the radiation coming off the steam will head east toward the west coast of the United States. Decommissioning of the plant has continued, but the cores have not yet been removed from the site.
